About this Position
Driving business goals through the translation of strategic insights into clear market strategies and activation plans
What you´ll do
- Develop and execute regional market strategy in collaboration with the business units and country marketing teams
- Develop and execute GTM and market positioning strategies in collaboration with the business units and country marketing teams
- Steers cross-strategic business units' transformational initiative
- Oversees market intelligence and uses insights to drive business decisions
- Develop and own addressable market sizing and forecasting models
- Provide input to innovation agenda with business units
- Develop business cases and models at the business and regional level
- Drives communication and interaction with business leaders, sales leaders, country marketing teams and any other relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Manages resources as needed and ensures regional and local execution of initiatives
- Work closely with country marketing teams to develop and drive local market strategies
- Responsible for budget steering of market strategy and market intelligence budget
What makes you a good fit
- Minimum Degree in Business/Marketing or any related field
- Minimum 7-year related experience in Market Strategy and Business Development
- Experienced developing Go-To-Market strategies and leading regional business transformation initiatives
- Strategic thinking and a team player, strong communication and influencing skills
- Strong inclination towards digital tools, innovation, and emerging business models
