About this Position
The Production Supervise coordinate daily production activities to meet output and efficiency targets,
What you´ll do
- Lead, train, and support production staff to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor workflow, schedules, and resource allocation and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain quality control standards and minimize defects or waste, troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions and monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance when required
- Collaborate with warehouse, quality assurance, and maintenance teams and drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity through the HPS tool.
What makes you a good fit
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality control principles
- Leadership and team management experience
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management systems
- Diploma/Degree in Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing/Operations or related field (Must)
