About this Position
The Reliability Engineering Supervisor will be responsible for leading the asset strategy to ensure maximum equipment availability and efficiency. This role combines personnel leadership with the technical implementation of continuous improvement methodologies, ensuring that technological implementations and preventive/predictive maintenance plans are carried out in accordance with the highest safety and quality standards.
What you´ll do
- Plans and implements maintenance and optimization measures.
- Performs technical supervision of line technicians.
- Continuous improvement of energy consumption in the production.
- Does technical consulting of the production.
- Develops employees with regular trainings and briefing.
What makes you a good fit
- 4-5 years of experience as a supervisor
- Knowledge of TPM.
- Efective communication with other areas.
- Intermediate - Advanced level of English.
