About this Position
What you´ll do
- Lead international supply chain projects, including outsourcing, relocation, tendering and onboarding processes, new product implementations, and supplier optimization
- Organize and coordinate production ramp-ups at European and international contract manufacturers
- Optimize and manage processing costs within the assigned portfolio
- Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders, including purchasing, supply chain, R&D, business functions, and external partners
- Support safety, health, and environmental audits, as well as quality audits
- Coordinate relevant topics (e.g., technical specifications) between Henkel and the supplier
What makes you a good fit
- Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering or related field
- Min. 3 years of professional work experience in the field of operations/manufacturing, project management or supply chain management
- Proven project management skills to coordinate a cross-functional project team
- Open minded with willingness to find solutions out of the box
- Fluent English skills are a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including technical teams
- Good MS Office skills are required, SAP experience is an advantage
- Willingness to travel
- B category driving licence
