About this Position
- Supports Sales/Marketing in new technologies / projects / products through deep understanding of product / market / technology / customer
- Analyzes and builds different future scenarios on demand for production capacity assessments and investment planning
- Supports the strategy map/customer roadmaps and steers profitable growth globally/regionally/locally
- Supports strategies for product positioning and promotional activities with historical and statistical information
- Supports acquisition and divestment projects with past and future demands
- Collaborates closely with Marketing/Sales/KAM and Business Development to steer activities
- Performs cross-functional coordination of processes and departments and supports innovation projects
- Develops and implements business analysis instruments, provides market and competitive intelligence
- Support the development of business model needs and communicates these to relevant key interfaces
- Identify key decision makers and build relationships with marketing and sales and importantly with supply chain functions
- Steers the demand planning process on a monthly planning cycle for various countries
- Supports the construction of a Financial Rolling Forecast based on a detail demand plans by product
- Steers and supports the S&OP and S&OE Process for an optimal information flow
What makes you a good fit
- Leadership skills, verbal and written communication skills, analytical skills, structured and well organized
- Bachelor’s degree
- Advanced English, Spanish preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
- Experience in Supply Planning/Demand Planning
- Experience with SAP (APO), advanced Excel and Power BI preferred
