What you´ll do
- Responsible for following up equipment failure improvement initiative and troubleshooting, driving internal team continuous improvement. Including typical issue root cause analysis driven.
- Maintenance and repair the equipment in Yantai plant. Make downtime analysis and continue improvement for equipment. Installation and adjustment for new equipment.
- Continue improvement to avoid the safety and environment risk and energy saving for equipment.
- Do daily check for all equipment and implement preventive maintenance by maintenance plan.
- Carry out assigned task.
- Comply with the company's rules and regulations.
- Follow SHE&Q requirement IATF16949/ISO 45001/ISO14001/270001 etc.
What makes you a good fit
- Mechanical and Electrical automation related major.
- 3-5 years working experience.
- Capable of withstanding pressure.
- Good communication skills and a good team player.
- Low voltage electrician certificate.
