This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.

What you´ll do
- Provide technical guidance and Henkel product recommendations for fenestration, sidewall, roofing, and building envelope applications.
- Support lab and field projects through testing, performance validation, and new application test method development.
- Partner with sales, product development, and marketing to resolve customer technical issues.
- Conduct product testing to ensure compliance with quality standards and client specifications.
- Deliver technical reports, presentations, and guidance on product performance and capabilities.
- Create and maintain installation manuals, guidelines, and technical documentation.
- Provide technical support on product implementation, performance issues, building science, and code requirements.
- Deliver training programs—including AIA‑accredited sessions—to architects, contractors, distributors, and industry partners.
What makes you a good fit
- Education – Bachelor's degree required, Architecture or Structural Engineering (preferred)
- Experience — 7-9 years of architectural/structural performance and design with focus on residential roof systems (preferred)
- Travel requirements - 40%-50%

The salary for this role is $95,000.00 - $105,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
