About this Position
- Focus on production process, product quality and continuous improvement.
- Make sure production process to meet Henkel SHE standard.
- Be backup for production supervisor.
What you´ll do
- Participate all workshop SHE activity, improve the process to reduce the production line SHE risk.
- Conduct the daily work order, maintain and establish the work instruction.
- Process improvement such as cycle time reduction, quality stable etc. And make production related complaint investigation.
- Provide timely support to solve process problem from production line.
- Improve the process to reduce material waste improve productivity and the yield.
- Communication with operator by daily meeting and training.
- Fulfill the other tasks that are assigned by superior.
