YOUR ROLE

  • Support the Global SHE Center of Excellence team with Safety; Health and Environment related capability building and deployment cross regionally.
  • Work alongside the team to roll-out and implement the new global SHE is reporting software, including providing training and support to operations sites.
  • Develop and enhance Power BI reports, dashboards and scorecards in alignment with Global SHE Key Performance Indicators.
  • Support team with collecting SHE related training materials.
  • Support Global Head of SHE with SHE Strategy alignment and tracking cross regionally and cross functionally.
  • Improve existing SHE communication platforms, such as MS Teams and Global SHE SharePoint.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in Analytics; Engineering, Safety, Environment, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
  • An excellent communicator and possess great interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Competent in Power BI, Microsoft 365, SharePoint.
  • Available for 6 months starting 1st May 2024, Hybrid.
