About this Position

The Sales Representative is responsible for executing local sales plans in alignment with the SBU strategy to maintain and grow existing customers while acquiring new business opportunities. This role ensures achievement of sales and distribution targets, strengthens customer relationships, and drives execution excellence at the point of sale. 

What you´ll do

  • Execute local sales plans and strategies aligned with the SBU objectives.
  • Develop and implement customer-specific action plans based on customer roadmaps.
  • Deliver sales and distribution targets (KP OSG and PC% / GP%) within assigned territory or accounts.
  • Execute pricing and promotional activities in line with company strategy.
  • Support and execute Key Account Management (KAM) strategies, including listings and promotions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
  • Communicate effectively with KAMs and the broader sales team on customer priorities and actions.
  • Negotiate customer agreements and manage contract-related activities.
  • Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor and manage overdue payments, including blocking orders when necessary.
  • Ensure excellence in execution at the point of sale, including merchandising and brand representation in stores or salons.
  • Conduct regular field visits (market, job sites, stores) to monitor implementation, promotions, and stock levels.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities in-store execution and take corrective actions.
  • Manage and/or guide distributor salesforces and third-party representatives.
  • Coordinate with Technical Customer Service to conduct line trials and resolve customer requests and complaints.
  • Work closely with technical advisors to implement educational initiatives and measure their sales impact.
  • Ensure alignment and collaboration across internal stakeholders to support customer success.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to reporting, customer management, and contract administration.
  • Track performance metrics and provide regular updates on sales activities and outcomes.
