About this Position
- This end-to-end e-commerce role takes full ownership of the online business for Henkel’s LHC brands – Persil and Bref. Focused on hands-on execution & operation management, the role independently oversees full-channel e-commerce operation, social commerce growth, and campaign management.
- The candidate must possess driving brand awareness, traffic growth and GMV increment, and be fully accountable for overall e-commerce business performance and profitability of dual brands. Relevant experience in TikTok & Xiaohongshu ecosystem operation would be appreciated.
What you´ll do
- Take full ownership of Persil & Bref’s omnichannel e-commerce business, formulate annual/quarterly/monthly GMV, revenue and profit targets, and deliver actionable business plans with full-process tracking, analysis and iteration.
- Independently execute daily store operation, product portfolio optimization, conversion optimization and daily operation maintenance.
- Lead operation of key e-commerce campaigns with the support from cross-function team (618, Double 11, annual shopping festivals), including strategy formulation, resource negotiation, budget control, performance tracking and post-campaign review.
- Lead and build TikTok & Xiaohongshu e-commerce business from 0 to 1, cover platform strategy, official live streaming, short video marketing & content seeding with brand team, create stable daily sales.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and industry trend analysis, output regular business review reports, and support brand and channel strategy iteration.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and supply chain to ensure efficiency.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor above degree.
- English at workable level.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- At least 8-10 years working experience, with 5-8 years in FMCG industry.
- Strong communication skills and capacity for data analysis.
