YOUR ROLE

  • A customer Service Front Office Agent is responsible for the complete Order-to-Cash process, from order take to order follow up, to invoice and to complaint management.
  • He/She is acting as first point of contact for Customers and Business, ensuring a proactive and trustfull communication with all relevant partners.

YOUR SKILLS

We are looking for a candidate who

  • Has experience in Customer Service person or experience in related supply planning or logistics role
  • Has strong communication and interaction skills
  • Knows SAP and MS Office
  • Speaks NL/FR/ENG Spanish would be an added value
  • Likes working in processes and is able to improve processes and procedures by generating new ideas and options
  • Is result and deadline-oriented
