Customer Service Front Office Agent - Beauty Care Professional (m/f)

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Teamlead to join our team in the Beauty Care Professional division in Belgium, Brussels. You will be part of a professional team, within our successful company with a strong focus on innovation, teamwork, quality and customer dedication. 


  • Support Head of Customer Service Professional with daily tasks and projects
  • Handle autonomously the incoming customer orders of our Belux customer portfolio

  • Be in charge of the follow-up of the orders across the entire order process in our systems (order entry, back orders, invoicing, Credit- and Debit notes,…)

  • Handle & resolve possible customer complaints, by taking the appropriate corrective and preventive actions

  • Exploit the full potential of our customers, by calling our customers for active sales (standard assortment & promotion deals)

  • Build up strong customer relationships, by providing customers the right advice & assistance

  • Communicate fast, accurately and reliably with internal and external customers and provide the necessary information needed to support the overall process, as well as making required documentation available to our customers 


  • You are customer-driven, friendly and communicative
  • You are pro-active, can take initiative and be decisive

  • You take ownership & follow through on commitments

  • You work well autonomously and with accuracy

  • You have good problem-solving skills

  • You are a team player, willing to act as an active back-up function for your colleagues

  • A Bachelor grade or equivalent

  • 2-3 years experience in Customer Service or equivalent role

  • A Fluent Dutch and French speaker, good English knowledge is required

  • You are used to work with Microsoft office tools (Word and Excel)

  • SAP experience is required

  • Some skills to lead a small team is a plus
