YOUR ROLE

The Junior Account Manager is part of the Henkel Beauty Care sales team and is responsible for the commercial plan and follow-up for a selection of Belgian retailers – in close collaboration with a more senior Key Account Manager.

  • Acting as the day-to-day contact person between Henkel Beauty Care and your client(s), ensuring precise, consistent, and timely communication with the customer 

  • Developing and following-up promotional plan, managing investments and selling the plan to the customer

  • Translating the promotional plan into concrete to do’s for the field team

  • Optimizing the assortment at your client, in close collaboration with the category management team

  • Preparing and following-up the yearly negotiations – together with the senior Key Account Manager

  • Delivering on targets as turnover, profitability, market share, distribution and customer satisfaction

  • Monitoring customer performance and proactively adapting plans accordingly

Who we are looking for

  • Analytical, creative, persistent, result driven person with excellent communication skills
  • A strong personality who has the ability to convert ideas into concrete actions and results
  • Preferably 1 year experience in FMCG
  • Master degree preferably in Economics or Business administratio
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch and French, as well as good knowledge of English.
