Customer Service Front Office Agent (m/f)

YOUR ROLE

  • Customer Service Front Office Agent is acting as first point of contact for all customers and businessand responsible for the complete OTC flow, from order take to invoice including claim management.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Candidate should speak at least 3 languages: NL - FR - ENG and additionally German, Italian or Spanish would be great
  • Experience in SAP is a plus, though not a must
  • Any related job experience in customer service, logistics or planning is required (our customer service position is a link in the total supply flow to our customers)
  • Experience with or knowledge on key account management is relevant
  • Teamplayer working in an international environment
