YOUR ROLE

As Back Office Manager & Analyst, you are a relevant part of the Sales Controlling team of HCB in Belgium. You will have the opportunity to meaningfully contribute to our team by being responsible for the invoices process, keeping track of our bookings and financials, performing financial analysis, maintaining customer conditions and prices. You will be working closely with and adding value to the local Key Account Managers.

  • Create and optimize financial reports.
  • Offer support in financial analysis within sales controlling.
  • Perform pricing maintenance.
  • Processing invoices and optimizing invoicing procedures.
  • Tracking of accruals.
  • Investigating and solving on issues related to invoices with sales teams.
  • Follow-up & maintenance of financial conditions in business finance system.
  • Work closely and give support to a team of professional Key Account Managers, Sales Operation Managers & Sales Controllers.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Experienced professional with a financial background.
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office Package, especially MS Excel is required.
  • Excellent knowledge of English is must, knowledge of French or Dutch is preferred.
  • Person with entrepreneurial & analytical skills, a sense for facts and figures and eye for detail.
  • Persistent and result driven individual with good communication skills.
  • Eligible to work in Belgium for the full duration of the contract (6 to 9 months).
