- Ensures day-to-day collection activities are completed; Includes researching on customer accounts, queries and communicating to Sales and Customer services on any issues, solutions to help customers
- Reports to the Philippines and North America Key Accounts Managers the overdue position for the portfolio assigned
- Provide assistance to immediate supervisor for any reporting, escalation resolution or other relevant activities
