The Training Systems and Technology Specialist is responsible for partnering with the Training manager and business leaders to develop, deliver and deploy appropriate learning systems/technology to support the learning process and the tracking/reporting of the learning for associates.They are also responsible for managing the Document Control System, which includes Record Retention.
·Responsible for deployment of curriculum to all associates
·Develop, maintain and train associates on procedures and work instructions on use of the Learning Management System (LMS) & Document Control System
·Manage system requests, reporting and tracking of Learning Management System and Document Control System.
·Develop and maintain an audit program to ensure training compliance and use of Document Control System
·Responsible for ensuring all required documents are appropriately housed and accessible
·Maintain and lead local site training and awareness of records retention policy
·Stay up to date with new learning technology and techniques
·Develop training programs using Good Manufacturing Practices
- Bachelor’s degree, with focus on Training & Development, Organizational Development or Human Resources Development preferred.
- 3-5 years experience in training role or a learning technology role
- Knowledge of curriculum design using Instructional Systems Design framework.
- Experience in behavioral and leadership development
- Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems
- Working knowledge of Document Control / Document Management Systems
- Working knowledge of eLearning development software such as Captivate or Articulate.
- Prior project management or supervisory experience a plus.
The salary for this role is $53,000 - $88,000. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
