YOUR ROLE

·Represents MX in Headquarter General Accounting (GA) commitees

·Organizes and facilitates communication accross regional GA community

·Together with Regional and Local Finance Heads drives optimal organizational structure and ensures desired level of support

·Tracks external closing development Oversees MX external closing and reporting in due time and quality based on current and effective closing procedures

·Enhances cooperation and further development of GA processes Ensures proper communication with local organizations to comply with Henkel Accounting Guidelines Ensures alignment with local organizations and SSC to implement and execute accounting related internal controls.

YOUR SKILLS

·Bachelor’s degree in finance / Business Administration / Accounting

·6 – 7 years of professional experience in Business Finance field

·Strong skills in Microsoft Office application (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with SAP

·Must be able to speak, read, and communicate in English.

·Accounting Expertise: A strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations is essential.

·Leadership: The ability to lead and manage a team of accountants, providing direction, support, and mentoring to ensure a productive and cohesive work environment.

·Technical Proficiency: Being well-versed in accounting software, ERP systems, and other relevant tools to effectively manage financial transactions, reporting, and analysis.

·Ethical Conduct: Upholding the highest ethical standards and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and guidelines.
