YOUR ROLE

  • Take responsibility for market analytics for marketing, media and sales in Henkels laundry, home care and hair categories
  • Steer POS analytics which identify best product prices and optimal promotion strategies as well as ideal assortments
  • Lead media analytics projects to identify best budget levels and allocations across brands and channels
  • Discuss with internal clients in marketing, media and sales business questions and consult them on analytics to answer them
  • Coordinate external institutes and consultants as well as Henkels shared service center teams which conduct the analytics work
  • Assess and communicate results of studies to internal clients in marketing, media and sales and turn them into business actions
  • Evaluate and develop new analytical approaches to get additional analytical possibilities and easier usage of results

YOUR SKILLS

  • At least 5 years of experience in the area of analysing market data from fast moving consumer goods categories
  • Proven track record of very good communication and project coordination skills in the area of market data and analytics
  • Solid understanding of basic statistical methods (e.g. regression analyses) and IT processes (e.g. data management)
  • Familiar with trade and consumer panel data from institutes like Nielsen and Circana/IRI, GfK and Kantar
  • Team player with excellent communication skills in English; German language skill is a plus
