YOUR ROLE
- Responsible for stratetic development of the global process Time & Attendance as well as ensuring execution, implementation and roll-out into regions
- Manage global processes, projects and GBS+ in the area of Payroll & Time Management.
- Mainly responsible for HR Payroll & Time compliance issues and central point of expertise for Payroll & Time on global level with a deep understanding of the process and the tools
- Lead area of strategic project management by developing a project management strategy for Henkel HR incl. developing methology
- Lead complex global HR projects and project streams in the area of HR Governance, Systems and Processes, especially cross process projects
- Manage HR IT Governance (HR IT planning, monitoring, ad hoc request management, Business Managed Applications)
- Deputy Global Process Owner for Payroll & Time Management + HR Authorization
YOUR SKILLS
- Successful completion of a university degree, education or further training with focus on HR and several years of experience (5+ years) in the above tasks with high expertise in project management
- Profound knowledge in HR Payroll & Time Management, in the development of concepts and in the integration of processes and systems as well as their implementations
- Good presentation, moderation and communication skills in front of small and large groups combined with the ability to talk about change in a profitable way with stakeholders
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and structured, independent way of working with a solution-oriented approach
- Independent and passionate way of working combined with high team spirit and social competence
- Knowledge of project management methods and experience in leading international (HR) projects
- Analytical thinking, confident manner and assertiveness
- Very good written and spoken English
