YOUR ROLE
- Drive and achieve sales targets.
- Understanding customers business and needs.
- Alignment with customer & Henkel business needs.
- Organisational skills/ multi-tasking ability also value based selling.
- Project management/ timeline-based completion of projects.
- Regular follow up/contact with existing and new customer.
- Focus on Short- & long-term strategy and building strong rapport and trust with customer.
YOUR SKILLS
- Minimum 7 Years of Experience.
- Good communication and key account management skills.
- Time management and Adaptability Organisational skills/ multi-tasking ability.
- Team player, Problem solving and Negotiation skills.
