YOUR ROLE

• Monthly planning, steering, and reporting of activities & promos, for all distributors and subchannels. 
• Regularly reporting of sales, compensations, and financials
• Allocation of right budgets/promotions to regions and subchannels
• Leading and assessing distributor capabilities and developing key projects
• Leading Sales information and automation systems with all reporting for distributors
• Identify and launch new Business opportunities

YOUR SKILLS

• Strong knowledge of the Algerian FMCG market with confirmed experience in GTM & RTM
• Ability to excute sales strategy on the field.
• High level of communication skills in both French and English
• Convincing & influencing
• Initiatives and entrepreneurship
