YOUR ROLE
Support the CPO / Supply Chain President's strategy team in the definition and execution of strategies to deliver best in class results:
- Prepare top management meetings : Agenda, materials, briefing
- Contribute to the development and execution tracking of strategic priorities, analysis, processes and structure
Contribute to the strategy & support implementation of DE&I and team activities within the Purchasing and Global Supply Chain organization. In particular :
- Coordinate & lead the regular feed of social media in collaboration with HR, Purchasing and Supply Chain department ( content creation, DE&I calendar etc. )
- Coordinate the organization of events & various activities that are planned ( E2E : planning, alignment, communication, logistic )
- Participate / lead ad-hoc projects
Contribute to the successful definition and execution of the communication strategy. In particular:
- Support the design & realization of different communication measures, e.g. conducting interviews, writing blog and Social Media posts, publishing online articles on internal and external platforms, recording of Vlogs and/or podcasts, SharePoint design tasks
- Support in event organization
YOUR SKILLS
As your focus will be on communication, capability building and project management, we are looking for a master’s student with a major in communication or business administration preferably focusing on supply chain, purchasing or related fields
- Excellent English skills (written, oral), other language capabilities are a plus.
Firm experience with MS Office, especially Microsoft Power Point and knowledge about collaboration platform such as Sharepoint and MS Teams is a plus
Excellent presentation skills, self-organized, multi-tasking and ability to establish trustful relationships across different functions with different stakeholders
Team-player with high level of independence and strategic project management skills
Self-motivated, creative and open-minded personality
