YOUR ROLE
- The job purpose is to provide full formulation development service to t to ensure future requirement of respective business units are reflected in the long-term platform programs.
- Develop new hair care formula for China consumers (90%) and Asia consumers (10%), ensure its stability, performance superiority, catering needs of target consumers.
- Ensure NPD delivery on time without formulation issue. Set proper technical timeline, coordinating formula related discussion like technical risk assessment and alignment, driving efficient formula cost; Technical support to mkt, sales and supply chain.
- Support regulation team regarding regulation compliance and product notification/registration.
- Resolving quality issue related to formulation.
- Technical support to 1) Marketing activity, including technical claim and demo generation and other technical content generation. 2) technical training for SC, Sales, and exporting countries/market
