The Project Management Office runs and supports a variety of projects as well as internal organizational activities in the Global Business Solutions+ (GBS+) Bratislava. The projects range from small migrations of positions to Bratislava and internal GBS+ projects up to cross-border initiatives and global GBS+ projects together with our other GBS+ locations. Furthermore, we are the supporting unit to our Head of the GBS+ BRA and support with several ad hoc and recurring organizational tasks. We share best practices, find synergies and help to document processes that are being executed.
- Drive projects in the respective area of responsibility
- Be accountable for project execution
- Active support to the GBS+ processes in scope management, organizational and internal knowledge exchange initiatives
- Cooperate closely with various stakeholders within the GBS+ organization and across Business / Functions
- Facilitate and ensure project support by GBS+ teams to meet all deadlines of project plan
- Executes daily operations, supports business and functions with relevant key tasks
- Provide regular and ad hoc reports
