YOUR ROLE
- Sets business-driven agenda, realizes the regional objectives as growth enabler for APAC Category Management embedding future orientations, optimizes processes in cross-functional topics
- Leads and implements portfolio segmentation (Golden Range), and strategizes rationalization decisions at category-level
- Monitors/ manages profitability of product line, value map creation & maintenance, base product pricing per lead region, price deviation review
- Drives regional portfolio set-up by supporting global launches and acting as commercial lead for product launches and extensions regionally. Partners with APAC countries closely to deep dive portfolio performances and growth intervention plans
- Implements product category strategy through outside-in insights, define future product roadmap in collaboration with Product Development/ Innovation function. Synchronizes internal/ external communications on product launches and changes
- Defines business and Category Management KPIs, updates on performance and takes corrective action on areas of improvements
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Business or Engineering fields
- 5-8 years and above of relevant experiences in marketing, category management / technical Service capacity career, preferably in B2B
- Fluent English both in oral and written
- Passionate team player with a strong sense of project ownership
- Strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills to work across different functions and with stakeholders in different geographies
