- 在新材料新产品导入时，按照APQP和ADP的管理要求，协调工厂进行试产，并确定最佳的工艺路线和工艺标准，推进项目顺利量产。
- 对现有产品的工艺进行优化，提高产品质量，降低产品成本。
- 产品问题的分析与解决。
- Key Dimensions (NES, Sales Area, Marketing Budget, Production Volume, Processing Cost, headcounts,etc) 主要业绩指标
- 对新材料新产品的定义标准化工艺流程。
- 对新材料新产品进行优化和改善。
- 及时有效的解决生产过程中工艺导致的问题。
- 成品和成品包装的设计及优化。
