- Assist Production manager in all production related operations with respect to output, quality, efficiency and cost, Production OTIF, RFT, Inventory Accuracy & Cost Saving, SHE, etc.
- Assistant Production in ensuring compliance with Henkel SHEQ system company wide.
- Ensure both Henkel and local SHE regulations/standards are should adhered.

- Principal Accountabilities
- 根据公司目标及生产计划，组织生产，合理调配资源，提高生产效率 30%
- 监督生产作业过程，报告产品质量，参与产品问题分析，制定并实施纠正预防措施 30%
- 建立现场管理制度，并指导培训现场管理知识；推进比你高监督5S现场管理 20%
- 负责落实公司的各项生产安全制度，开展安全检查，对员工共进行安全培训 10%
- 组织车间员工进行培训，对员工进行考核，完成领导交给的其他工作 10%
