YOUR ROLE
- Responsible for product recommendations, customized products applications, new product demonstrations, troubleshooting for customers and technical training of field sales forces and customers
- Recommends solutions and performs technical visits (meetings, audits, demonstrations, troubleshooting, etc.) for customers with documentation
- Reports quality issues, customer claims to relevant parts of the organization, technical results, and contributes to customer presentations
- Works with application equipment to provide solutions to enhance customer adhesive related processes
- Works effectively on sub business units and/or regional specific projects, contributes to project plans, helps the team to deliver project goals, and internally promotes innovations and best learnings cross accounts
- Supervises the laboratory work for samples coming from customers and reports technical results to customers, while respecting and promoting the internal SHEQ rules
- Quantifies, documents and reports Henkel solutions value to customers, along with all activities in CRM tool and/or in lab request database
- Directly communicates with sales, marketing, product development, innovation and/or project team
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent is required
- Entry level can apply and minimum of one (1) year experience in related field is preferred
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office is preferred
- Good communication skills in Korean and English are required
