  • Work for the world market leader in the adhesives industry - be a pioneer in the introduction of innovative products and sales concepts
  • Personal responsibility for your sales area and entrepreneurial action regarding prices, technology and strategy
  • Key contact person for our customers in areas such as mechanical and plant engineering, medical and electrical engineering, and industrial wholesaling 
  • Technical advice and identification of potential savings through adhesive bonding and dispensing technology
  • Support of your customers in development projects concerning new adhesive and sealant applications - from the design of the joining point to tests and the introduction of the new process
  • Targeted development of your trading partners to promote joint growth
  • Acquiring new customers and placing new innovative applications with your existing customers
  • Conducting trainings and workshops at the trade partners as well as the end customers


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Work experience in the industry or in field service (in a technical commercial function) is an advantage
  • Motivated career changers with the right mindset are welcome
  • Interest in industrial and innovative applications, the willingness to actively familiarize yourself with new topics and to contribute your own ideas that will inspire your customers
  • High level of self-motivation and entrepreneurial thinking to advance your field in the long term

  • Willingness to travel and efficient self-organization in the home office
  • Not afraid of online presentations in webinars and other new digital formats
  • Fluent French, good written and spoken English, Dutch is an asset; proficient in MS Office (e.g. Excel)
