Customer Service Front Office Agent - Laundry & Home Care (m/f/x)

YOUR ROLE

  • Manage a portfolio of Belgian and Luxembourg retailers related to orders, deliveries and invoices, in close collaboration with customers and internal departments as Sales, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Finance…
  • Main responsibilities: 
    a)Timely order, delivery and invoice processing including creation of replenishment orders for VMI-customers           
    b)Contribute to high service level and low complaint rate (log/admin), increase customer satisfaction  
  • Manage customer complaints on deliveries /invoices based on input of Customer Service Backoffice in Shared Service Center, Sales and carrier.
  • Manage prices in SAP and create pricelists
  • Support own and other departments (Sales , Demand planning,..) with relevant info on orders, deliveries,.. 
  • Support Customer Service Manager in dedicated projects (internal and external), participate in customer and carrier meetings   
  • Back-up team colleagues during holidays   

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree ideally in economics /supply chain/finance
  • Experience in a similar function or environment is a real asset
  • Fluent in Dutch and French with good English
  • Strong interpersonal skills: dynamic, eager to learn, pro-active, responsible, punctual and team player
  • Hands on, result oriented, service minded, stress resistant and well organized
  • Good communicator written/verbal, able to build good relationship with customers, service providers and colleagues
  • Strong administrative skills in systems (Excel/Word), able to focus on details and at the same time capable to recognize headlines in processes
  • Knowledge of SAP SD is a plus    
  • Mobility is a plus 
  • Growth potential (able to develop with new responsibilities and projects)
