YOUR ROLE

  • Managing the entire recruitment process of interns

  • Preparing, optimizing and maximizing offers

  • Gathering the needs of managers

  • Analyzing applications via various channels: adverts, forums, job teasers…

  • Driving interviews, tests and assessment days

  • Advising and making recommendations to hiring managers

  • Follow-up reporting on applications

  • Following-up key recruitment indicators

  • Acting as an HR ambassador and single point of contact in the integration and life of interns

  • Supporting and evaluating a potential future hiring  

  • Administrative following-up on contracts and conventions with schools and public employment services

Employer Branding

  • In daily collaboration with the Head of Recruitment and Employer Branding:

  • Coordinating and animating Henkel’s actions within our targeted universities (company/job presentations, seminars, career fairs…)

  • Supporting the implementation of the group Employer Branding strategy

  • Implementing Employer Branding projects  

  • Coordinating the administration and logistics of campus events

YOUR SKILLS

  • Master or equivalent in Psychology/HR/Labor Sciences or Business/Economics

  • At least 1-year experience, ideally in a similar function

  • Fluency in English and Dutch. French is a strong asset

  • Great communication and networking skills

  • Ability to promote the image of the company

  • Digital savvy, with proven experience with social media and job boards

  • Good knowledge of recruitment standards and processes

  • Knowledge of labor law and legal requirements related to the hiring of interns
