We are searching for an innovative, reliable and competent colleague, who would like to work in a successful and market leading team within the supply chain unit of Laundry & Home Care. The position of the project implementation manager (PIM) is located within Planning & Logistics department. As member of Planning and Logistics team, the PIM takes responsibility to optimize the impact from new initiatives on supply chain and business targets such as: service level, inventory impact, project costs (esp. obsolete management and origination) and time-to-market.

What we offer

  • Permanent contract in Supply Chain located preferably at Henkel in Brussels (BE)
  • Initiative Management Review, target impact assessment and tracking of cross-functional projects - evaluating project risks, critical path, following up milestones,
  • Reporting to Head of PIM WEU, Düsseldorf and project status presentation to BNL General Management and Leadership teams
  • Customization of implementation of international and local projects (innovations, cost chase, maintenance, production Transfers, co-packing/ displays) for BNL target markets from development until market introduction and ensuring the availability of goods in time and in quantity
  • Leading cross-functional Project meetings together with Marketing, R&D, Demand and Supply Planning for Initiative Review and Milestone follow-up
  • Participation in global and local Projects for product complexity reduction, digitalization and process optimization to reduce time-to-market

Who we are looking for

  • Master degree in the field of business administration or engineering
  • At least 2-3 years of work experience in the area of Supply Chain or Business in FMCG
  • Project management skills and experience
  • Excellent oral and written English skills
  • Excellent communication and social skills
  • Knowledge in Microsoft & SAP Tools desired
